These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 365jl12 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 365jl12 website, mobile interface, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 365jl12 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 365jl12 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 365jl12 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 365jl12 immediately via live chat support. 365jl12 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.

• Account names must match the name on your verified government-issued ID.
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person.
• 365jl12 reserves the right to close inactive accounts after 12 consecutive months of inactivity, subject to applicable dormancy policies.
• Account closure requests must be submitted through the official support channel and will be processed within 5 business days.

All financial transactions on the 365jl12 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits are credited to your 365jl12 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. 365jl12 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and minimum transaction amounts.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined and returned. 365jl12 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of players.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 365jl12 reserves the right to request identity verification, source of funds documentation, or additional KYC (Know Your Customer) information before processing any withdrawal. General bonus conditions applicable to all 365jl12 promotions unless otherwise stated include the following:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 365jl12's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 365jl12's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 365jl12 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
